CMS Guild Lore IVThe crew of The Bear stumbled down from their bedrooms in The Thirsty Dog late in the morning, to find that Zubba had already left to check on the work being started on his ship. The crew ate their breakfast in the tavern, consuming more ale as a way of recovering from last nights drinking, which had left them all in a sour mood. Shisra and Christyn sat on their own, talking about Shisra's words last night. Instead of putting her to sleep, Christyn had been very interested in what she had heard, and was hoping she could also talk to Belesa before they left Tortage. After they had eaten, the crew left The Thirsty Dog and made their way down toCMS Guild Lore IV

CMS Guild Lore IIIShrark the Trader had a very large house, in the noble district of Tortage, where he entertained the rich and famous of Tortage in his house at least once a week. Even Strom himself often appeared, because Shrark provided a certain service for him. A very special, and sinister service. When Shrark's ships set sail from Tortage, they were manned by a skeleton crew, just enough to keep the ship moving and fight off any pirates. Most of the noise in the streets came from the courtesans on their balconies, singing thCMS Guild Lore II

CMS Guild LoreThe ship didn't so much as sail into the harbour, but limp into Tortage. At the mast flew a flag of obsidian black with a gold skull and crossed bones, ensconced within a gold crescent moon. Only one sailor stood on deck, and he was holding onto the wheel. He wore a black tricorn cap, and garishly coloured clothing, ragged from use, and faded by the sea. He was also taking liberal swigs from a large flask. The two black mainsails were in tatters, and the ship was running mostly on it's head sail. Jagged holes covered the sides of the ship, which was riding very low. Water emerging from these holes at irregular intervals attested to more handsCMS Guild Lore
